Your messages
The contact form accepts a message, an optional name, and an optional email address. A name or email is not required. Include your email if you want a reply.
Messages travel over HTTPS and are encrypted in the site’s database with AES-256-GCM. The site administrator can decrypt and read them after signing in. This is encryption in transit and in storage; it is not end-to-end encryption. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, medical records, or other sensitive records.
Messages are retained for up to 365 days unless the administrator deletes them sooner. To request removal, send a new message with enough details to identify your earlier submission.
Anonymous visit activity
We count visits to understand how people find and use the site. The administrator can see visit times, page paths without query strings, referral website names, and broad browser and device categories.
Visitor identifiers are derived from network information using a secret keyed hash that changes each day. We do not store raw IP addresses or full browser identifiers. Counts are estimates, and this information does not tell us your name or email. We do not connect contact messages to visit records.
Visit records expire after 90 days. No third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking are used. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals disable visit recording.
Administrator access
A private session cookie keeps an administrator signed in. Contact messages and visit activity are accessible only through authenticated administrator endpoints. Session cookies expire after 12 hours or when the administrator signs out.
Hosting and contact
This site is operated by Bespoke AI at bespoke3d.ai. The hosting network handles IP addresses to deliver requests and protect the service. Technical logs and private backups may retain information separately from the application’s retention periods; access is restricted to the operator.
